The League of Women Voters Marin County will hold a candidate forum for the County Supervisor District 4 race for the vacant seat left by Steve Kinsey who is not running for reelection. Those running are Al Dugan, Alex Easton Brown, Dominic Grossi, Wendi Kallins, Tomas P.
