City of San Rafael Plans Forum on Northgate Proposal
The Planning Commission has scheduled a public forum Tuesday on the Northgate redevelopment plan.
The commission will hear public comments on the environmental impact report for the project, which calls for about 225,100 square feet of commercial space and up to 1,443 residences.
