Report on Aging in Marin
The Marin County Commission on Aging helps, supports and expands the Supervisors’ work on behalf of older adults and persons with disabilities. The commission is providing an annual report. (Staff report)
Issuance of Bonds for Marin City Housing
A 74-unit apartment building is planned for 825 Drake Avenue in Marin City. The Board will hold a public hearing about the issuance of $40 million in tax-exempt conduit bonds to finance the project. Such a hearing is required by the IRS of nonprofit borrowers that intend to issue tax-exempt debt. (Staff report)
