EARLY VOTING OPTIONS (BEFORE Election Day)
October 7:
Vote by Mail Ballots sent to all active registered voters
Voters can complete & return their Vote By Mail ballots as soon as they receive them!
Make sure to sign the ballot return envelope, so it can be counted!
In-person voting begins at the Marin County Elections Dept (click here for location & hours)
October 8: Ballot Drop Boxes Available (locations & hours)
October 26: Some Vote Centers Open (locations & hours)
November 2 - 4: ALL Vote Centers Open (locations & hours)

ELECTION DAY is Tuesday, November 5, 2024
7am - 8pm: In-Person Voting at the Elections Dept. and all Vote Centers
8pm: Ballot Drop Boxes are closed & locked.
Vote by Mail ballot envelopes returned to the Elections Dept. by U.S. Mail, must be postmarked on or before Election Day, Nov.5th.
Important: Not all mail gets a postmark stamp, so it is recommended to mail at least one week before Election Day or return it to a ballot drop box, Vote Center or the Elections Dept before 8pm on Election Day.
