The Alice Paul Institute is honored to host activist Wakerakatste Louise McDonald Herne and author Dr. Sally Roesch Wagner for our annual Alice Paul Birthday Party event. This year’s celebration features a viewing and discussion of Without A Whisper - Konnon:Kwe, a recent film featuring Herne and Wagner. The film uncovers the hidden history of the profound influence Indigenous women had on the beginnings of the women’s rights movement in the United States.
