2022 Native Election Forum this Friday, June 3rd at 6pm.
We will hear from Native youth about why voting is important to Native people, examples of how your vote counts, and more information about the primary and midterm elections. Register by clicking below OR join us on Facebook live!
We need everyone - aunties, elders, youth, and all of our relatives - to cast their ballots, and there are many ways to do it! As we approach the last day to vote, Tuesday, June 7th, we want you to be aware of the many options you have to cast your vote:
MAIL: You can easily vote by mail as soon as you receive your ballot. Remember that no stamp is required to return your ballot and your vote will count as long as it’s postmarked by June 7th, 2022.
DROP BOX: You can also cast your vote by turning your ballot in through a drop box. To find where your local drop box is located, visit https://caearlyvoting.sos.ca.gov/.
IN-PERSON: Another way you can vote is in person at your local polling place. As long as you are in line before 8:00 pm on June 7th, you will be able to cast your vote.
If you have any last minute questions, please email us at info@canativevote.org or join us on Friday for our 2022 Native Election Forum at 6pm! We hope to see you on zoom!
