February 8, 2023 (5pm) is the deadline to submit an application for appointment to the Novato City Council to fill a vacancy in City Council District 3, as the boundaries existed in 2019.

IMPORTANT: Completed applications must be received by City Clerk Laura McDowall at lmcdowall@novato.org by Wednesday, February 8th at 5pm.
