On March 1, 2023, the Town Council adopted Resolution No. 10-2023 calling for a special municipal election to be held in the Town of Tiburon to elect one (1) short-term Town Councilmember on August 29, 2023. The person elected will serve a short-term, until November 2024.

The nomination period begins on Monday, May 8, 2023 and ends at 5:30 p.m. on Friday, June 2, 2023.
