PARADISE RANCH ESTATES PERMANENT ROAD DIVISION
Shall Paradise Ranch Estates Permanent Road Division impose an immediate special tax on parcels within the Division of $968 per parcel per year for 10 years beginning Fiscal Year 2022- 2023 and thereafter assess on all parcels $125 per year for 15 years for ongoing maintenance, with a provision for an annual increase effective July 1 in accordance with the change in the State of California Consumer Price Index for All Urban Consumers for the previous calendar year.

NOTE: This is an all Vote By Mail Election; Voters who need assistance can go to the Marin County Elections Dept. website at MarinVotes.org or in-person to their office (Marin County Civic Center, 3501 Civic Center Drive, Suite 121 , San Rafael , 94903) M-F 8am - 4:30 pm, Election Day 7am - 8pm.

March 29: Conditional Voter Registration and same day voting begins at the Elections Department
April 5: Last day to apply for a vote-by-mail ballot to be mailed (voters can still pick up a ballot at the Elections Dept.)
April 12, 2022: Election Day - Last Day to Vote
Vote by mail ballots must be postmarked no later than Election Day and received by the Elections Dept by 7 days after Election Day
Ballots returned to an Official Ballot Drop Box must be dropped off before 8pm on Election Day.
